Bespoke Confirmation of Verbal Instruction NCR Books

The CVI or Confirmation of Verbal Instruction form in our NCR CVI books is used in the construction industry and it gives the contract administrator such as an architect the power to issue instructions to the contractor, often to vary the work, postpone the work or maybe to remedy workmanship, goods or materials which do not meet with the agreed specifications of the contract.

Other purposes of our CVI books are to instruct the works to be opened up for inspection or for tests and to exclude persons from the site.

Confirmation of Verbal Instruction Features

The general content of a CVI form is the company name, address and contact details, a job number and a large area for instructions to be written and sketches made if necessary finished with signature boxes and they are often sequentially numbered.
