NCR Daily Activity Reports

NCR daily activity report pads can be used in various applications, so are generally a totally bespoke NCR pad, but a common application for the NCR daily activity report pads is to keep a track of or to give instructions to an employee. So, for instance, the daily activity of an employee can be set out, so this sort of pad takes on the following format:

• The employees name
• Department
• Date
• The activities the employee would be undertaking, including goals to achieve and maybe an area for suggested improvements and additional comments
• Employers/reviewers name.

These NCR daily activity report pads are generally an internal form, so are most often printed in black ink, but some companies favour a one colour print, for example, a blue form or a green form but if wished full colour options are available if a company wants to show its logo.
