NCR expense pads or NCR business expense pads are a good way of recording expenses in your business that staff have incurred allowing you to review and make approval of expenditure. NCR expense pads also have all the necessary information such as the date and activity that the expense has arisen against which in turn allows a business owner or manager to keep on top of their accounts.

An expense report is commonly used for recording business travel expenses such as transportation, food, lodging, and conference fees. But an expense report can also be used to document any business expense for which an employee needs to be reimbursed. Mileage expense pads are another popular business tool for keeping account of employees mileage and their allowance. As they are NCR expense forms they are easily duplicated allowing copies to be provided to all parties. Normally NCR expense forms are internal so would be just black print, though if you wish they can be printed in full colour.

NCR Pads come in the form of 50 loose sets in 2-4 parts glued together with a grey board divider. Optionally you can have a wrap around cover which doubles as a writing shield.
